Remarks:
Operations of the CD was suspended since the commencement of CIRP and the undersigned had been appointed as RP vide order dated 04.04.2019 duly passed by Hon'ble NCLT, Ahmedabad. There was only one Financial Creditor, Interim Finance was raised from said Finacial Creditor to run the CIRP of the CD. Since, there was only one Financial Creditors, therefore all he CoC meeting were conducted at the office of the undersigned,only with the reason to save the cost of running the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process cost of Corporate Debtor. Since, the CD had not filed their Balance Sheet after the financial year 2010-11, the undersigned had requested and persuad the ex-management for preaparing of the finacial records, however, could not succeed. Therefore, he filed an Application under Section 19 of IBC, 2016 before NCLT, Ahmedabad. The said application was disposed off by Hon'ble NCLT on 22.10.2019. However, the liquidation order was passed by Hon’ble NCLT on 17.09.2019 (Copy of the same was received on 01.10.2019).
