Remarks:
The total fees of RP as approved by the FC was INR 5800000 however, only INR 3700000 has been paid so far. Similarly, other expenses for hiring godown for keeping record expenses to the tune of INR 85200 remain unpaid by the FC similarly the Lawyers' fee to the tune of INR 169500 has not been paid by FC. Two valuers were appointed Valuer one with fees of INR 118000 and another with fees of INR 125316. However, none of them could value as no asset was available so no payment is due to them.
