Remarks:
The Hon'ble NCLT Chandigarh bench vide order dated 05.07.2022 has approved the aforesaid expenditure (excluding GST) to be reimbursed to RP. However, the RP now Liquidator have filed a Clarification Application regarding reimbursement of other CIRP expenses, which is yet to be disposed off by the Hon'ble NCLT . The changes in cost if any, due to order of Hon'ble NCLT, will be incorporated after the order of NCLT.
