Remarks:
CoC desired to appoint other IP as RP replacing IRP. From 40th day of CIRP pursuant to Sec.16 & Reg.17, I as an IRP had to act as RP till the receipt of order from NCLT. Same was informed to CoC and I have quoted my fees as Rs.1,15,000 per month till the date of reciept of the Order. But CoC did not approve it. In fact, they were not willing me to pay even the IRP fees. I have approached NCLT. Tribunal directed CoC to pay IRP as claimed by IRP on 3 Nov. 2021 and 12 Nov. 2021. They have made only 70% of IRP fees and nil amount for acting as deed RP so far as on date. Fee payable to Valuers 1 & 2 is still not due. For one of the valuers fee payable is 25000 + tax + out of pocket exp.- which can be less or more than 29500.
