That the Hon’ble Tribunal has passed the Liquidation Order on 28.02.2019 but the appointment of Liquidator was made on 20.12.2021 and during the period from 28.02.2019 to 20.12.2021, I have acted as the Resolution Professional. Further, the CoC has paid the Fee of RP and Other expenses till 28.02.2019 only but the Fee and expenses from 01.03.2019 to 20.12.2021 is still outstanding and subjudice before the Adjudicating Authority vide CA 169 of 2019. Therefore, presently the RP has made the disclosure the amount of Fee and expenses as paid by the CoC i.e. up to 28.02.2019.
