Remarks:
Hon'ble NCLAT vide order dated 22.01.2019 approved the application of shareholder by virtue of this order RP has filed an affidavit to Hon'ble NCLT for claim amount of Rs. 218540 which is after the last COC meeting which is not decided by Hon'ble NCLT . Vide order dated 22.01.2019 the Hon’ble NCLAT decided that the Adjudicating Authority will fix the fee of ‘Interim Resolution Professional’ and the ‘Corporate Debtor’ will pay the fees of the ‘Interim Resolution Professional’, for the period he has functioned.
