Remarks:
The last COC meeting was held on 24.01.2019 in which resolution for liquidation of CD was passed by COC, the RP has filed an application for liquidation of the CD on 06.02.2019 and liquidation order passed on 20.11.2019 after 12 hearing on various dates. In the mean while the counsel of RP present before the hon’ble NCLT, Allahabad Bench on various dates. The cost which are not ratified/ approved by COC, these are incurred after the last meeting of COC and up to the order passed by the Hon’ble NCLT for liquidation of CD.
