Remarks:
Veer Chemicals Private Limited, Honey Builders, Dolphin Buildwell, Concord Buildwell, Limelight Realtors, Crimson Infrastructure, Symphony Realtors and Anjaney Developers are undergoing consolidated/ group CIRP pursuant to the order dated 18.07.2025 read with order dated 20.08.2025, passed by the Hon’ble NCLT. Therefore, the CIRP cost was considered to be incurred on the consolidated basis. Accordingly, the entire CIRP costs for all eight CDs have been reported in the Form CP-5 of Veer Chemicals Private Limited, while for the remaining CDs (other than Veer Chemicals Private Limited), the CIRP costs have been shown as zero. Accordingly, the entire consolidated CIRP costs for all eight CDs have been reflected and reported under the IPA Form III of Veer Chemicals Private Limited, while the IPA Form III submissions for the remaining seven Corporate Debtors are being filed with zero cost. Pursuant to the order dated 28 July 2026 (order received on 07 August 2026) Mr. Ashok Mittal has been appointed as the new RP. Handover completed on 12 August 2026.
