Remarks:
Company has gone into liquidation due non receipt of any resolution plan despite of the publication of Form G 3 times and extension of cirp period of 2 months. Company is in huge loss Mr. Ranjan Chakraborti having Registration No. IBBI/IPA-002/IP-N00541/2017-2018/11618 has been appointed as Liquidator by the Hon'ble NCLT on 04.09.2019 RP's fee was fixed @ 50,000 p.m for initial two months thereafter it increased to Rs. 1,00,000 per month which is inclusive of all out of pocket expenses, expenses of coc meeting, conveyances, printing and stationery of RP's office etc. Further application for preferential transaction has also been filed by the RP , which is subjudice with Hon'ble NCLT for the last more than 3 months
